At Official Pix Autographs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
